The company has built an ion-exchange membrane caustic soda unit. Its key process of secondary brine refining and the electrolysis core unit utilize the basic process design by ThyssenKrupp Uhde Chlorine Engineers (formerly Japan Chlorine Engineers). The unit adopts invention patented production technologies such as continuous pipeline sulfonation with independent intellectual property rights, and has the international advanced level. The newly built continuous nitrification unit and continuous pipeline oxidation unit have again spun off downstream high value-added products o-nitro and BA, gaining high recognition from global top 500 companies like Syngenta.

The Company's sulfuric acid production unit is the first domestic enterprise to introduce a complete set of equipment and process technology from Monsanto. The newly built sulfuric acid cracking regeneration unit adopts the advanced SAR regeneration process technology of MECS, with an annual capacity to process 180KT of by-product sulfuric acid and waste acid.

On the basis of the above two sets of sulfuric acid units built with international advanced technologies, the Company has cooperated with BASF, a top 500 giant, to jointly establish a leading electronic-grade sulfuric acid production base in mainland China. The Phase I and Phase II of electronic-grade sulfuric acid have been completed and the Phase III is under construction.
