Zhejiang Jiahua Energy Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is located in the state-level "China Chemical New Materials (Jiaxing) Park". The park is situated in the core area of the Yangtze River Delta, with convenient access to rivers and seas and distinct geographical advantages.

Founded on January 20, 2003, the Company was originally known as Zhejiang Jiahua Industrial Park Investment and Development Co., Ltd. In 2014, the Company was listed through a backdoor listing on Huafang Textile Co., Ltd., with the securities short name "Jiahua Energy" and securities code "600273".

Taking cogeneration as its foundation, the Company has built a circular industrial system covering energy and chemical industries, including basic chemicals, specialty new materials, and hydrogen energy utilization. Its core business covers the production and sales of fatty alcohols (acids), polyvinyl chloride (vinyl chloride), steam, chlor-alkali, sulfonated pharmaceuticals, sulfuric acid (refined sulfuric acid) and other product series.

Its subsidiaries are engaged in new energy power generation, R&D and system integration of hydrogen energy application equipment, as well as port terminal handling and warehousing services.

The Company owns two sets of production facilities for ethylene-based polyvinyl chloride (including vinyl chloride) with an annual output of 300,000 tons each, a 200,000-tonne annual facility for producing fatty alcohols/acids from recovered vent hydrogen, and a multi-acid production facility with an annual capacity of 150,000 tons. It is also the sole chlor-alkali manufacturer in northern Zhejiang (Jiaxing, Huzhou).

The Company supplies steam via cogeneration units, which is mainly used for its own chemical plants and for heating enterprises in the Chemical New Materials Park. Meanwhile, the Company is a major supplier of sulfonated pharmaceutical series products both at home and abroad.

By utilizing industrial by-product hydrogen, it has achieved an integrated layout in the hydrogen energy sector. Combined with its photovoltaic power generation projects, the Company optimizes a low-carbon, circular development system to realize green and sustainable growth.

Relying on the industrial chain supporting advantages within the chemical park, the Company has formed a sound circular industrial chain of "resources – products – recycled resources" with numerous well-known chemical enterprises in the park, realizing an "integrated" circular economy development model for public utilities, logistics and environmental protection.

The ecological industrial chain based on the circular economy model has effectively improved the comprehensive resource utilization efficiency of the chemical park.
